About Nancy

Over thirty-five years of experience and comprehensive training give Nancy the ability to deal with many situations, ranging from chronic conditions such as headaches, painful joints, and fibromyalgia, to acute conditions, such as recent injuries, stiff backs, necks, recovery from sprains and broken bones, and rehabilitation from surgery. Nancy has experience offering physical and emotional support during cancer treatment.

Many years of teaching yoga and meditation are brought to each session by Nancy to create a sense of well-being for you. If you wish, Nancy can advise you on stretches and movements to maintain a sense of freedom in your body.

Nancy’s practice is located in a quiet, beautiful private office in Lenox MA. She also does bodywork for the Healing Arts department at Kripalu Center, a cutting edge health and wellness center in Lenox MA.

Nancy is active in the community, including taking Qigong, yoga/pilates, and various classes at the Lenox Community Center. The Berkshires offer amazing cultural activities with the Tanglewood concerts, several world class theaters, many venues of live music, and Jacob’s Pillow Dance Festival, all of which she attends. Besides spending time with her family, she enjoys gardening, swimming, hiking, and cross-country skiing.nancy
